Micro-DIY
Farmhouse Heaven

Included at no additional event fee, this package is perfect for intimate celebrations of up to 30 guests. Simply reserve the estate for a minimum stay that includes the night before your event and the night after, then enjoy exclusive use of the property's indoor and outdoor gathering spaces to create a personalized celebration using the estate's existing furnishings and amenities.

Elevated
Events

Designed for weddings and larger celebrations of 30 to 60 guests, this package provides the flexibility to transform the estate into your dream venue. Bring in tents, rental equipment, catering, floral design, live entertainment, and other approved vendors to create a fully customized event, while our team provides on-site support and post-event common area cleanup. The fee for this package is $4400.

Event

Make the most of your time experience at Shuntoll Estate by adding a second event to your celebration. Whether it's a rehearsal dinner, welcome party, farewell brunch, post-wedding breakfast, or another special gathering, this package allows you to extend the experience and create an even more unforgettable weekend for your family and friends. The fee for this add-on is $1400.

Important Information
To help ensure every event runs smoothly while protecting the historic estate, please note the following:
Property rental is required for all event packages.
Micro DIY Farmhouse Heaven requires your reservation to include the night before your guests arrive and the night after they depart, allowing adequate time for setup and cleanup.
A $1,200 refundable security deposit is required for Micro DIY Farmhouse Heaven and Elevated Events.
Proof of event insurance naming the property owners as additional insured is required for all event packages.
Elevated Events and Second Event require an approved guest transportation and off-site parking plan.
Rental equipment, tents, and specialty event items are permitted only as outlined in the Elevated Events package and must be sourced through approved vendors unless otherwise authorized.
All events are subject to the property's Event Guide and venue policies to help preserve the estate and ensure an exceptional experience for all guests.
